I am a fully-qualified psychotherapist, registered by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
My holistic approach means that I work both with the body and the mind.
My background includes qualifications in hypnotherapy, healing, regression therapy and yoga therapy and they all inform my psychotherapeutic approach.
I am an experienced trauma practitioner, having worked for some years as an in-house therapist at Transport for London’s trauma and counselling service in addition to my private practice.
My private therapy practice is based at Fiveways Therapy Rooms, located at 360b Ditching Road, right next door to St Mathias church. The rooms are centrally located and easily accessible from Brighton town centre. Buses 26 and 46 stop right outside.
