I’m Kate, a qualified psychotherapist, tarot practitioner and sound healer based in Brighton.

 

I offer online therapeutic tarot and in-person drum circles as ways to connect to intuitive power, wisdom and creativity.

I’m a blend of two therapeutic worlds, the traditional and alternative, and so is what I offer: a psychospiritual approach grounded in safety and co-creation.

All too often we're estranged from it: stuck in our heads, in the noise and pace of the external world. But all my experience as a therapist and seeker has taught me how much we need it to thrive.

Intuition is a rich transpersonal resource. It's the spiritual compass of the deep, wise self.  And it already has the answers to whatever you are seeking.
